ALSO REMEMBER...

The Novena is Friday, July 13 through Saturday, July 21 downstairs in the Hall at 7:00 PM. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday July 19, 20 and 21 the Novena will begin at 6:00 PM in order to accommodate Festa preparation and our barbecue.

Volunteers needed on Thursday evening, July 19 at 6:30 PM to help with hall cleanup and food prep.  Pizza will be provided for all who help out.

The meat will arrive Friday morning, July 20 at 7:00 AM. Volunteers needed to help unload the meat from the delivery truck. We also need assistance in trimming the meat, mixing the sauce, and packing the pots. No experience necessary as we will provide expert, on the job training. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Friday, culminating in our Tri-tip and Chicken Barbecue at 7:00 PM.

We can also use assistance on Saturday morning, July 21 at 10:00 to set up the outside bar and tents and to unload flowers and sweet bread.
