B.D.E.S. Hall Rentals

We can be found right in the heart of Historic Downtown Benicia, just off of First Street. One of the most beautiful, oldest buildings downtown is available for your event. The BDES Hall (or Portuguese Hall, as it is known) features a spacious downstairs eating area that seats up to 200, and a large, operational kitchen, ideal for catering events, as well as a fully functional bar. For assembly downstairs seats 300.

Upstairs, enjoy the grandeur of a large and elegant ballroom. This space, ideal for a large party or wedding. It has a capacity of 300 for dining and 400 for assembly and features a large floor for dancing, or for dining tables, a very large stage and a fully functioning bar. A balcony just off of the upstairs foyer lends a touch of old world whimsy. 

The downstairs is also available for rental, including dining area, kitchen, and bar facilities.

There is a small parking lot adjacent to the hall, as well as ample parking on West J Street and the kitchen has alley access.
